Covid-19 Guidelines
To ensure everyone’s safety during these unprecedented times, we ask our patients to adhere to the following guidelines set in place for our office. We are all in this together to stop the spread!
All patients and staff must be wearing a mask covering their nose and mouth while in the office at all times.
Please come to your appointment alone. The only accompanying parties that will be allowed, but not restricted to will be parents and caregivers of patients. We will kindly ask all other parties to wait outside.
Adhering to social distancing protocol for the safety of our patients and staff, we ask our patients to wait in the car upon arrival to an appointment. Please give us a call to let us know you’re here and one of our staff will come out to get you.
Please arrive to your appointment only during your allotted time scheduled and no earlier. This will ensure proper sanitization measures are done in between patients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will respectfully reschedule you and your appointment will be subject to a late cancellation fee. **
If you are feeling any of the following symptoms:
- New loss of smell or taste
- Sore throat
- Fever or chills
- Congestion or runny nose
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Sudden fatigue
We ask that you do not come in to your appointment. If you need to reschedule, we will be gladly to do so. Again, please do reschedule prior to the 24 hours before your appointment as you will be subject to a late fee. **
In the event of a true, unforeseeable emergency, your cancellation fee may be applied to futures services.
**Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will result in a cancellation fee of $25.
